Refund Policy

We know life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable, though we’re happy to offer credit toward a future appointment when possible. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
