1. Services
SOCO Financial provides accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial consulting services. We strive to provide accurate, timely, and professional guidance; however, our services are for informational and advisory purposes and are not a substitute for legal, tax, or other professional advice.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information necessary for us to perform our services. Failure to provide required information may affect the accuracy and timeliness of our work.

3. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose personal or business financial information to any third party without your prior consent, except as required by law.

4. Payment & Fees
Clients agree to pay all fees as outlined in our engagement agreement. Payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid invoices.

5. Refunds & Cancellations
Appointments or services canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy, SOCO Financial is not liable for any financial losses, penalties, or damages resulting from the use of our services, advice, or any reliance on provided information.

7. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, and reports provided by SOCO Financial remain our intellectual property and are for client use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved under Colorado law.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
